How did the story of Coffer begin?
The story behind Coffer began simply and spontaneously with an idea from its founder, Andrea Čeprnja.
Here is how she and her husband came up with the idea of combining a newborn gift with cryptocurrency:
“My husband and I welcomed our son in 2024 and, as is common here, we received plenty of gifts for him from relatives, friends and godparents. One of those gifts was money in an envelope, as tradition goes. That made us ask ourselves: what could we do with this money to give it lasting meaning for our child, rather than simply letting it sit somewhere?
